This is the center text box; it can be flanked by two images, or have a single image justified left or right.

The plus sign (+) in the edit screen adds another content block. The content blocks are configured in Rapidweaver, and as far as I know, cannot be reconfigured through the Web site. Of course, different configurations can be used for different pages.
